Text Box: The GSAAC Scholarship Program seeks to identify students who wish to make a contribution to society.  Each year, two students will be awarded a $500.00 scholarship to apply to post-secondary educational costs.

Text Box: 2007 Application Past Recipients Text Box: Each applicant must submit a compete application package, which includes: ·   GSAAC Application, ·   A copy of official transcripts ·   Documentation of community service (including number of hours), ·   Two letters of recommendation (at least one should be from a teacher), ·   Essay on the history of the Buffalo Soldier (all applicants must submit a 5 to 7 page research paper about Buffalo Soldiers. Text Box: Applications are screened by the GSAAC Scholarship Committee.  The committee will recommend four finalist to be interviewed.   Scholarship winners are selected on the basis of their applications, essays, and interviews.
